GTS developed and supports proprietary software that manages affiliates, tracks sales and payouts and monitors the status of orders throughout the global system all done in real time. The software allows for multiple product catalogs to co-exist under one platform allowing affiliates to promote any one of them via online or telemarketing initiatives. The system ties in warehouse locations, shipping providers, payment processors, intermediary disposition departments, order tracking, affiliate management and the payout / accounting system.

Call Centers

We use state of the art VOIP technology needed to handle high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls, including outbound campaigns, inbound call routing, agent productivity tools, quality management, reporting, data integration, and legal and regulatory compliance.

Internet marketing

Internet marketing ties together creative and technical aspects of the internet, including design, development, advertising and sales. Internet marketing methods include search engine marketing, display advertising, e-mail marketing, affiliate marketing, interactive advertising, and also Social Media Marketing Methods. Our company has extensive experience in all facets of the internet marketing industry, but just recently began offering it to our clients. Customer Service

GTS customer service department handles all customer order issues and all order tracking requests using the call center VOIP telemarketing system and the GTS proprietary system to handle any issues that may need to be addressed in real time.

Product Sourcing

GTS searches the world for emerging products that are attractive to be purchased through online or telemarketing efforts. Products should poses characteristics which customers desire to keep confidential, are hard to find in bricks and mortar environments, are impulse purchases, new to market or are simply easier to purchase online due to surrounding circumstances. Medical Centers

One of the new directions GTS is moving towards is the establishment and management of "State-of-the-Art" medical centers throughout Ukraine. Our participation is to supply the Ukrainian Ministry of Health the newest technology in modern medicine and facilities not readily available in local hospitals or clinics today. Upon the initial launch of these modern medical centers, Dialysis and Diagnostic services will be the first main focus of treatments offered with more services coming thereafter. GTS is presently in the process of solidifying supply and support contracts with some of the worlds leading medical manufacturers, distributors and logistics experts to satisfy the needs of this demanding and most urgently needed undertaking.

Moving forward it is our goal to assist in determining the needs of patients and being involved from start to finish in the establishment and/or improving the quality of treatment that can be made available today for sustaining a longer healthier life for everyone in the region.
